1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
At the moment, orders for the wig which in stock are running on a 2-3 business day processing/production time. (Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days).
For hottest styles, sometimes may temporarily out of stock, for these items, please allow us more time to process, 7-30 days will be possible. And we will ship your package as soon as possible.
For orders with multiple items, they may reach in different times as the different processing time, normally we will ship your package when all the items are ready to ship.

2. Will you provide a tracking number after shipping?
Yes, once your order is ready you will receive an email notification with shipping info as well as a tracking number. You can track the shipping status with the tracking number on www.17track.net/en website.
3. Can orders be delivered to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?
Unfortunately, we CANNOT deliver orders to P.O. Box or APO/FPO address.
