I got this wig for a cosplay and its everything I was hoping. I trimmed it a little because the length is a bit unruly. I did a dry shampoo to reduce the fake shine and a bit of grape seed oil to help with tangling and it ended up being a good balance. The roots are darker than I expected but they match my natural color pretty closely. I was able to use my own hair to incorporate the lace front. Overall manageable and very pretty. I love the brush that it came with! It also has a satin storage bag and came with 2 wig caps. It's a great costume piece and worth the price.
Hair came nicely packaged, on time. Felt amazing no smell ! I would definitely buy this again and again. Can’t wait to install it .

We process orders per the production time noted in red font under the quantity box on the product page. Please pay attention to it while placing the order. The production time does not include transportation time, regardless of which shipping method is selected at checkout.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships which can take up to 48 hours to update. If you do not see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox after 1 business day, please double-check your junk/spam or promotions folder.
Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier.

We will provide an exchange or return on unopened Imstyle products within 30 days of the date that you receive wigs or hair extensions.

Yes, all customers are responsible for their own return or exchange shipping costs.
-WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE?
We will send you the different products after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned one were not opened. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information of the set being sent back, in order for us to place the order for your exchange. It takes 1-2 business days to process all orders from the moment we place it in our system. And your orders take 5-14 business days to be delivered with standard free shipping.
-WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund.Note: Most financial institutions will take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us. For more information, we recommend to contact your credit card provider.
