Imstyle wigs offers free shipping all orders.

We ship our products by expedited shipping. A tracking number will be provided to you by email once your package has been dispatched. You could trace your package by clicking into the courier's link with your tracking number. If you have any question on the delivery status of your package, please contact us at service@imstylewigscom.

Estimated Delivery Time

1. Delivery by expedited shipping to most countries takes about 3-7 working days. Several factors could affect delivery time, such as customs inspection, the peak season for postal service such as Christmas, recipients' local postal service, and extreme weather conditions. Please note that the delivery period could be delayed due to increased security measures on all inbound international airmail packages.

Please note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends and public holidays. We CANNOT ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses.

You will receive an email with the tracking number within 24 hours after your package ships out. Please also allow another 24 hours for showing the tracking information.

Import Duties & Taxes

Any customs or import duties or taxes are charged once the package arrives at its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. We do not have information on what the cost would be as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.

Should customers refuse to accept a parcel due to import taxes or fail to be contacted by the courier to pay for import taxes, they take full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees, and they must bear any loss resulting from that. No refund will be accepted in this case.

Please be aware that if you don't choose to pay the import taxes we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred by to you. 

Bounced Back / Returned Packages

Some reasons for bounced back or returned packages are insufficient to address, incorrect address or unclaimed packages. It is buyers' responsibility to provide us with the correct and complete mailing address and make sure he/she is available on delivery. The time it takes for the package to return back to us ranges from 1-3 months; and upon receiving the package, we will contact buyer to arrange for re-sending the package. Buyer will be charged for the postage to re-send the package. If the buyer wants to cancel the order and get a refund, there will be a 20% cancellation fees applied on the item price as per our policy. Postage is also non-refundable in this case.
