I was absolutely satisfied with my wig! It was packaged very safely so when it arrived it only needed minor tweaks to maintain the beautiful work done.
First of all, this wig is GORGEOUS! It is also very comfortable and breathable while also being very dense! The length was about the middle of my back at the longest in the nape, and im sure if one straightened it, it would be for sure waist length. It surprisingly didnt tangle too much, and there wasnt much shedding either, plus it brushes really easily! The curls it comes with are also very gorgeous and pretty easy to maintain. Its a very beautiful wig all in all! // PLUS!! I did have to order a replacement due to the first one being lost in the mail, but it was very quick and easy! It was a good experience :,)
I absolutely love this wig. The color is stunning and so vibrant. It's also very thick which is even better. If you're looking into getting a orange colored wig, this is the one. I highly recommend it!

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express. We will provide an exchange or return on unopened Imstyle products within 30 days of the date that you receive wigs or hair extensions.
-DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY EXCHANGE OR RETURN?Yes, all customers are responsible for their own return or exchange shipping costs.
-WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE?We will send you the different products after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned one were not opened. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information of the set being sent back, in order for us to place the order for your exchange. It takes 1-2 business days to process all orders from the moment we place it in our system. And your orders take 5-14 business days to be delivered with standard free shipping.
-WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund.
