I absolutely love the color and the length. Though the wig was super tangled when I got it. Took me about an hour to comb through it.
Loooove it. It’s not too bulky or shiny, looks very realistic. Tangles a bit after a while but that’s to be expected with synthetic wigs. It’s very easy to brush out though. If you’re on the fence about this purchase I say go for it. For the price you can’t go wrong!

I love this wig! It’s probably my new favorite. It’s soft and full and looks great on. The scalp also looks super realistic, it’s probably the nicest out of all the wigs I own. I didn’t even need to do hardly any styling, Absolutely worth the price!

PROCESSING TIME
We process orders per the production time noted in red font under the quantity box on the product page. Please pay attention to it while placing the order. The production time does not include transportation time, regardless of which shipping method is selected at checkout.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships which can take up to 48 hours to update. If you do not see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox after 1 business day, please double-check your junk/spam or promotions folder.
Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier.

We will provide an exchange or return on unopened Imstyle products within 30 days of the date that you receive wigs or hair extensions.
-DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
Yes, all customers are responsible for their own return or exchange shipping costs.
-WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE?
We will send you the different products after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned one were not opened. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information of the set being sent back, in order for us to place the order for your exchange. It takes 1-2 business days to process all orders from the moment we place it in our system. And your orders take 5-14 business days to be delivered with standard free shipping.
-WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund.Note: Most financial institutions will take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us. For more information, we recommend to contact your credit card provider.
